Our clients agree on the rates we provide and sign our Account Facilities & Standard Trading terms and Conditions Documentation.
Together with our Clients we draw up an SLA, with the details of the logistics transaction to be concluded.
When the terms have been agreed to by both parties, the funds are deposited in full via EFT with TradeSafe to be held in escrow.
Standard Bank has management oversight of the escrow account, making the funds doubly secure.
TradeSafe will notify both parties once the funds have been cleared.
TradeSafe will also issue our clients with a signed letter of comfort.
Once our clients receive their P.O.D and are happy with the delivery, they authorise the funds to be released to Barnes Black Logistics.
TradeSafe then makes the payment to Barnes Black Logistics on the same day or once the terms of the SLA are met.
